CCIR Requirement n Wing CC’s will: n Forward a report to MAJCOM/CC within 90 days of assuming command annually thereafter. As a minimum, the report will include the Wing CC’s assessment of the 4 Major Graded Areas (MGAs) and sub-MGAs over the reporting period. Integrity - Service - Excellence 2
How do we build a CCIR? n Wg/IG or CCIP Director prepares the report n Follow format in the approved template No specific requirement for length n longer report is not always better n as a minimum, cover MGAs & sub-MGAs n remainder IAW Wg/CC & NAF guidance n Consider using pre-existing data/trends from: n CC’s Inspection Management Board (CIMB) n n CCIP dashboard n Wing Inspection Team (WIT) results/reports n MICT results/trends Integrity - Service - Excellence 3
CCIR Process n Drafted by Wg/IG or CC’s Inspection Program (CCIP) Director n Reviewed/approved by Wg/CC n Wg/CC submits to NAF for review/approval n After NAF approval, Wg/CC submits final version to MAJCOM n Use SIPRnet to transmit CCIR to protect potential vulnerabilities CC to CC accountability, then IG & functional awareness afterwards Integrity - Service - Excellence 4
What will MAJCOM IG & Functionals do with CCIR? n MAJCOM IG n Use the CCIR as another input into the overall UEI continuous evaluation n Compare the results from UEI Capstone with the CCIR to determine CCIP effectiveness n MAJCOM Functionals n Use the CCIR to determine what help the Wg/CC needs to solve problems n Pursue any problem areas in functional role n Determine if any MAJCOM problems exist & way ahead Integrity - Service - Excellence 5
