Mars Uncovered Goal: Guide students through an inquiry-based and critical thinking approach of studying the surface of Mars in a similar way scientists do. Objectives: • Learn and practice relative age dating techniques • Create a simple geologic feature map • Analyze and interpret the geologic history of a region on Mars Take out the Student Guide from the Mars Uncovered section of your notebook. 2
