What is Virtual Child Pornography? Virtual images created through computer technology that depict children engaging in sexual conduct without using real children. The judicial system is mixed on how it interprets virtual pornography. Some courts have decided since there is no real children involved there cannot be any real victims and hence, no crime. In other cases, holders of such materials have been sentenced for possession of child pornography.
