Corporate Services Successes (Cont) Sustainably develop vulnerable groups • • 3 projects viz Engcobo bricklaying, salt mining and copper beneficiation are in progress for women. About 60 women are involved in these projects. Workshops and information sessions held for vulnerable groups Develop and review internal processes, guidelines and policies • Reviewed 2 guidelines and 14 policies. Ensure Implementation of National Vetting Strategy • All new employees were screened as well as service providers Facilitate leadership and management development • Management programmes were implemented and 45 managers completed management development courses 5

CORRECTIVE MEASURES • Prepared requests for additional funding through MTEF process for the implementation

CORRECTIVE MEASURES • Prepared requests for additional funding through MTEF process for the implementation of the approved organisation structure. • Monitoring of the staff turnover rate and implement recommendations of exit interviews. • Fast tracking the filling of vacancies to within 4 months of post becoming vacant 7
