Presentation of FRIMO S. A. M. Our company started its activity in Monaco 39 years ago in December 1977. FRIMO is specialized in import-export operations and distribution of meat products in different countries. The company belongs 50/50 to Albisetti family and to Italian company INALCA S. p. a. is a leading company in Italy for production and processing of beef controlled by Italian Group CREMONINI with a turnover of 4, 5 billions euros.

INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS 1. Between 2000 and 2006, according INALCA partnership, FRIMO developed with a great success several international projects, creating and managing local branches responsible for import and distribution in Russia, Angola, Congo, Algeria, Cuba.

2. From 2006 until 2013 FRIMO developed a project in partnership with BERTIN and later JBS Group, associated with FRIMO in the Monegasque Company PROMETEX S. A. M. , creating and managing the local branches in Russia and Egypt, responsible for import and distribution of South American meat products. JBS is considered the largest international group in beef, chicken and pork production and trade (45 billions USD turnover). JBS is today the largest exporter of meat to Russia.

FRIMO ACTIVITY AND OWN PROJECTS The group FRIMO is trading in Russia since 1988. FRIMO is responsible for outsourcing and purchasing strategy of the meat products bought in hard currency in South America, in EEC and other countries and financing the partner company in Moscow called East Forward. FRIMO has 50% participation in East Forward is importing the goods and performs sales and distribution to Russian customers in Rubles through the associated company Prodcontract in Moscow.

In 2009 East Forward launched a modern platform of distribution near Moscow in Domodedovo including a modern refrigerated coldstore with capacity of 5. 000 tons of frozen and chilled products. East Forward is a holder of 20. 000 tons of beef import "quotas" allowing the Company to import the corresponding quantities with reduced import duty.

China • Considering the current situation in the Russian market, in 2015 FRIMO decided to extend its presence to the Chinese market. • According the above decision, in 2016 FRIMO set up a local company «Zhoushan FRIMO Trading Development Co» , located in the city of Zhoushan, the mission of which is to centralize the export, import and distribution activities of FRIMO in beef and seafood in the growing Chinese market.

Joint ventures in China 1. In 2016 FRIMO launched a joint Company “Ocean Family Europe“ for distribution of Chinese products in the EU with Ocean Family Group – the leading producer of tuna products for export with annual capacity of 50, 000 Mt from frozen tuna to canned products of wide assortment in their plants under the brand of Ningbo Today Food Company.

C&D Commodity trading Co. 2. Also in 2016 FRIMO launched a partnership with C&D Trading company for procurement of meat products from South America and EU to their distribution network in China.

Fish and seafood production • Frimo has its own plant in Mauritania and joint venture agreements with local partners in Senegal and Mexico to produce frozen fish products, exporting them to EU and Asia. • We are considering Chinese market as very important and strategical for our activities and we hope to be able to develop and increase our presence in 2017 consolidating our projects in China.
