Suggested format 1. A summary of a cross-cultural communication conflict. E. g. , Many international workers complained that their employers don’t not respect their religions and forced them to violate religious rules.

Suggested format 2. An analysis of the conflict: Analyze from different perspectives. E. g. , International workers: Eating hobbies are important parts in their belief. Employers: Eating is only part of life. It can be adapted from places to places. Religions weight differently in different cultures.
