Recommendations • Cultural Training Program – Encourage CDM Media to join the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii, AMA, and/or Ad 2 Hawaii and attend social/networking “after hours” events to familiarize itself with other local business people – Introduce CDM Media to Hawaii’s unique culture and history by attending tours at Iolani Palace & PCC – Dine-out at local restaurants such as Ryan’s, Sansei, Alan Wong’s, The Pineapple Room, and Sam Choy’s to learn local foods, language, and practice communication styles with a largely local staff
Recommendations • Cultural Training Program – Attend UH Sports events, local musical performances, “Art-After-Dark”, and “First Fridays” – Volunteer in the local community through community service projects and non-profit organizations – Host bbq’s, events, parties with intentions of inviting local business people and their families
