We use the Present Simple: üTo refer to habits or to things which happen constantly. Example: Peter walks his dog every day.
The Present Simple: Affirmative form We form the present simple with the infinitive form of the verb (first column of the list of verbs):
Affirmative form: Subject + verb (+ s): I work. You work. He She IT We WORKS. work. You work. They work.
There are some Spelling Rules: In general +s Verbs ending in conson. + y y + ies Verbs ending in –o, sh, ch, x, ss + es works study studies go goes eats cry cries washes plays try tries watches swims spy spies mixes writes fly flies kisses In general +s Verbs ending in conson. + y y + ies (except verb: play*) Verbs ending in –o, sh, ch, x, ss + es

Negative form: Subject + don’t / doesn’t + verb in infinitive form. I You don't don´t work. He DOESN´T work. She DOESN´T work. It DOESN´T work. We don't work. You don´t work. They don´t work.
