2018 Restrictions / Closure Prescott National Forest • Stage 2 restrictions forest wide with a partial closure on the West side of the forest • Type 3 incident management team established to support on going restriction / closure efforts • Partnered with numerous cooperators – AZ Game and Fish and Yavapai County Sheriffs • Arizona Game and Fish made a total of 4, 644 contacts with a total of 83 citations issued Bureau of Indian Affairs • CRIT closed the Southern Reserve, the Mesquite Bosque and the east side of Mohave Road to the southern end of the reservation. Other area of the closure included undeveloped areas along the Colorado River and east of California Highway 95 Bureau of Land Management • CRD and PHD enforced Stage 2 Restrictions in late May stretching through early July Fish and Wildlife • Standard restrictions in effect year round

NFDRS • • Operate the Weather Information Management System (WIMS) for 15 DOI RAWS and 4 USFS RAWS Document and disseminate NFDRS Indices and Components to field units Produce and distribute Fire Danger/Outlook/Current Conditions document for DOI & USFS units Maintain 4 USFS fixed-site RAWS and 1 USFS portable RAWS according to NWCG standards Produce Prescott NF Fire Danger Pocket Cards according to NWCG standards Calculate the Local Preparedness Level for Prescott NF and communicate to field units Update and implement the Prescott NF NFDRS Operating Plan Utilize Fire. Family. Plus software to provide fire management with tools to aid in decision making

2018 Accomplishments • Assisted numerous neighboring, GACC and out of area dispatch centers • Assignments: 11 • States: 8 • Taskbooks Initiated: 3 • Taskbooks Signed Off: 4 • Enhanced & maintained PDC Website, providing staff and participating agencies a platform for tools and products to help with operations • Implemented the use of Google Pin via text for spot weather and incident location information • Maintained Wild. CAD database including phone directory, run cards, resources • Maintained/monitored network of weather stations with no down-time or loss of data • Provided cadre for local and regional training courses, centralized temporary hiring, local emergency drills and regional aviation safety assistance teams. • Remain on the cutting edge of Dispatch information technology • Staff received training and assignment opportunities • Successfully managed Prescott NF AD Program, including timely processing of travel and time as well as hard-copy file management
2019 Duties and Responsibilities
Looking Into 2019 • Continue training & assignment opportunities • Coordinate with participating agencies to review and update Run. Cards • Deploy the Dispatch Operating Guide (DOG) for visiting and permanent staff • Maintain connection with field resources (dispatchers in the field / field resources in dispatch) • Mapping project accepted by BLM GIS to update PDC Response Areas • Utilization of Sky. Mira for real-time resource tracking (BLM) • Utilization of AGOL (Collector) for sharing of spatial incident information • Utilization of Fire. Net for shared access to Southwest Area dispatch protocol and guides
