Child Care Services Focus Design and operate a program service delivery system that provides child care services to eligible families in the Coastal Bend WDA in support of the Board’s efforts to provide a skilled workforce to help business become productive and competitive both locally and in the global market.

Child Care Services Elements • • • Management of funds to maximize service units and meet monthly performance targets Intake, eligibility, and on-going management of services for parents Serve as a resource that promotes selfsufficiency for low-income families Provide resources for consumer education information Provide a focal point for the coordination of services to families and children in our communities

Proposal addresses: – Board Mission, Goals, and Values – Child Care Management Staffing and Operations – Program Functions – A Case Management Approach to Customers Served – Quality of Customer Service – Reasonable Budget Due April 19 th no later than 4 P. Procurement Process 3. Proposal Evaluation Process: – Independent Review Team – Team Report to Board Committee – Recommendation to Full Board – Board Action on Evaluation Results – Successful Contract Negotiations
