College & Career Activities Worksheet (CCAW) ● ALL seniors planning to apply to any 2 or 4 year colleges or who would like a counselor recommendation for an employer MUST complete a CCAW! ■ The student activities sheet is your first step in building a resume. ■ Your student autobiography gives us great information to write a complete letter of recommendation. ■ A parent/guardian biography offers special tidbits which could make all the difference.

Requesting Your Transcript ● Common Application/Coalition schools: ○ ○ We submit it for you! Invite your school counselor to submit this information for every school you plan to apply to through the Common Application. ■ MUST BE CURRENT SCHOOL COUNSELOR!
