During the Visitation ◦ Explain the purpose of the visit; give questions ahead of time ◦ Students – remind them to greet the guests in the hallways; keep working in the classrooms ◦ Parents ◦ Pastor – invite him to be a part of the visit: attend the working lunch, attend steering committee meeting, attend the exit report ◦ Superintendent – discuss how he will be involved with the visit and any diocesan expectations
