Status: DHS/FEMA granted an Authorization to Operate (ATO) in early March 2017. § Former components residing at preptoolkit. org were migrated to the preptoolkit. fema. gov domain § The initial release focuses on Exercise Design & Development (Collaboration) and Conduct (Master Scenario Event List) phases § Additional features are under development and will be rolled out on a quarterly basis § System is available to the whole community for use 3

Current Resource Typing Capabilities § Resource Typing Library Tool (RTLT) provides data driven typing definitions for personnel and equipment § Database is searchable online and can aid jurisdictions in a standard approach to typing when inventorying resources § An API service is available for 3 rd party systems to connect to RTLT § Systems will receive updates to Typing Definitions provided by FEMA 4

Current Resource Typing Capabilities § Incident Resource Inventory System (IRIS) is available for download § Allows users to inventory and type resources § Data is stored locally and all controls for sharing, viewing, and managing resources are controlled locally. § IRIS provides KML exports for Geospatial data viewing § IRIS fully connects to RTLT to maintain current definitions 5
