PRENOS INFORMACIJA U OKVIRU BAZELSKE KONVENCIJE Vladica Čudić Sastanak: Uspostavljanje monitoring sistema otpada u Republici Srbiji, SEPA januar 2007.

Bazelska Konvencija o kontroli prekograničnog kretanja opasnih otpada i njihovom odlaganju • Bazelska Konvencija je usvojena 1989. godine • Stupila je na snagu 05. maja 1992. godine. • Od 18. 04. 2000. g SRJ je bila punopravni član Bazelske Konvencije. • SRJ je donela Zakon o potvrđivanju Bazelske Konvencije o prekograničnom kretanju opasnih otpada i njihovom odlaganju (“Sl. list SRJ-Međunarodni ugovor br. 2/99), a na snazi je i Pravilnik o dokumentaciji koja se podnosi uz zahtev za izdavanje dozvole za uvoz, izvoz i tranzit otpada (“Sl. list SRJ”, br. 69/99) koji sadrži odredbe koje se odnose na prekogranično kretanje svih vrsta otpada.

Član 13 Bazelske Konvencije • Obaveštavanje članica o aktivnostima vezanim za implementaciju konvencije - preko Sekretarijata– stav 3 • Izveštaj se radi svake godine (izveštaj za 2005. se predaje do decembra 2006. ) • Fokalna tačka je odgovorna za prikupljanje informacija, pripremanje izveštaja i distribuciju izveštaja prema Sekretarijatu. • Fokalna tačka za Republiku Srbiju za Bazelsku Konvenciju je g-đa Gordana Petković, Ministarstvo nauke i zaštite životne sredine

Reporting Database ( Introduction ) Introduction • The reports submitted by Parties (for more information see Introduction), could be viewed / printed by selecting the following parameters: Central and Eastern Item: Table 1 to 10 (Part I and II) Scope: Year: 2004 Europe Parameters: 1) Item: covers questions 2 to 7 (Reports for Questionnaire Part I) and tables 1 to 10 (Reports for Questionnaire Part I and II). 2) Scope: covers the UN geographical regions, member states of the European Union and OECD. 3) Year: Period for which information is available in the database. If no parameter(s) selected, a default report will be generated corresponding to the first entry listed under each parameter. To narrow down your search, click on the tabs Reports and Parties above.
