Pray for our 2019 Federal Elections • Pray that political disappointment, or voter fatigue, would not keep Canadians from registering their voice through voting. • Pray that people would take the time to become informed in who they are voting for and why. • Before we vote, pray that God would prompt people to consider what would make Canada better for our children and our children’s children. Prov. 13: 22

Election Prayer: Media • Pray that Media will not be an appendage of a political party regardless of any government funding. • Unbiased reporting with greater accuracy, fairness, and objectivity. • Rather than character defamation, pray that journalists would know what we consider important issues to be addressed. • Pray that our process of elections would be protected from any outside interference through online hacking.

Pray for the Federal Elections: Values • Pray for Christians to value and demonstrate righteousness before we ask government to do the same. • Pray for righteous candidates who will be men and women of conviction and integrity, and who uphold traditional values. • Pray that Canadians will vote with righteous conviction, not being swayed by emotions or media polls • Pray that the next government will support incentives which promote healthy families as foundational to our nation.

Pray for the Federal Elections: Fair Elections • Pray that all regional Returning Officers would ensure that all voting is done in an orderly and fair fashion. • Pray for the scrutineer’s at the polling stations to be trained and trusted people who operate in a non-partisan manner, carefully monitoring all election ballots. • Pray that there will be plenty of volunteers / workers at the poll stations so that long lines would not deter people from voting.
