COMMON PROBLEMS Bad Breath - is caused by decaying teeth and/or a gum infection - cigarette smoking - foods that we eat like garlic and onion

How can we prevent bad breath?

Brush your teeth at least two or three times a day

Body Odor - is caused by bacteria that are trapped in the dead layers of the skin. - this is also due to things that the body should get rid of such as garlic and alcohol.

How can we stop body odor?

Take a bath

Wear proper clothes
