Our remit 1. Develop & maintain a funded regional membership network open to all PPs contributing to NHS commissioned healthcare, as well as to key stakeholders with an interest in psychological healthcare, including experts by experience • • • Build membership Populate our regional page on the PPN website Establish twitter account Establish interim steering group to end April 2021 Identify early priorities, communities of practice 2. Inform, enable and influence NHS commissioned healthcare in the region to maximise the benefits of the psychological professions for the public • link to HEE plan on a page

So far • Mapped the Chief Psychological Professions Officers across the PPN • Met with HEE - agreed to use the plan on a page as main vehicle • Appointed interim steering group • Agreed how to bring members over from other regions • Exploring twitter and website • Begun attending network and workforce groups • Coordinated MPAC training places • Involved in peer training bid reviews 11

Opportunities for Support & Collaboration • No need to start from scratch – learn from our experience and mistakes! • Membership - Identify NE registered members and support transfer into local network • Pan-North: • Connect and develop leadership and champions at all levels • Share digital Community of Practice events, eg: IAPT Leadership & Innovation Forum / Senior PWP Seniors / Counsellors in the NHS / Learning Disability • Collaborate on Share expertise & intelligence / jointly commission 14
