Pow wows: • Are held in almost every First Nation Community Natoaganeg (Eel Ground) Mid July Metepenagiaig (Red Bank) Late July Esgenopetitij ( Burnt Church) August Elsipogtog (Big Cove) Early September • Everyone is invited • There is dancing, drumming and eating.
Pow Wow Rules • Be respectful • Make sure you call the powwow clothing regalia not a costume • Please don’t touch anyone’s regalia or drum unless given permission
