Possessive Pronouns What are possessive pronouns? l They are pronouns which show ownership. l Possessive adjectives describe the noun. l Possessive pronouns take the place of the noun. l Possessive pronouns must be accompanied by definite articles. (el, la, los, las) l l Except when the possessive pronouns follow the verb ser.
Possessive Pronouns l Possessive pronouns must agree in number and gender with the noun they are replacing.
