MARINE TERMINAL TRAFFIC 2005 - 2007 • In 2007 container TEU’s were more than four times year 2005 level. • General cargo traffic in 2007 was at 100, 000 ton level. • Dry bulk traffic in 2007 was at 125, 000 ton level. • Vessel calls increased from 48 in 2005 to 124 in 2007.

TERMINAL EQUIPMENT Consideration is being given to a variety of alternatives : • Relocate one of the existing cranes from Pacific Terminal. • Mobile Harbor cranes. • New and/or second hand gantry cranes designed for Panamax vessels. • Yard equipment : reach stackers, top picks, hostlers and chassis for moving boxes within the yard.
