In July 2011 the Statistical Agency under President of the Republic of Tajikistan was initiated by the global assessment , which was first held in 2012. The main purpose of the Global Assessment of the national statistical system of Tajikistan was to assess the level of compliance with accepted international and European standards, including the fundamental principles of official statistics and norms of the European Statistics Code. March 7, 2013 in Dushanbe was a presentation of the March 7, 2013 main findings and recommendations of the Global assessment of the national system of official statistics of the Republic of Tajikistan which was presented by UNECE. 18
