Congressional Meetings • Go to your Senator’s or Representative’s website and fill out a request for meeting (which tends to be under the “Contact” section of their page). • Keep following up and be politely persistent. • Look out for events they may be attending (Birddogging opportunities) • Keep the pressure coming into their offices weekly!

Fundraising cont’d… Don’t worry we are here to help! • Review the Financials (Helpful for answering questions that friends and family may have) • Successful fundraising starts with the ASK • Use your resources (local restaurants, community or college groups) • Utilize your 25 hours we have given you to put towards fundraising (roughly 1. 5 hrs. /week)

Reminders: • Trackers must be turned in no later than Friday at 5: 00 p. m. (PST) • Keep your trackers detailed but concise (i. e. include screen shots, pictures, etc. ) • No more than 2 late or missing trackers • Emailing Congressional Leaders through our Website • Do not hesitate to email me with questions or request to set up a time to speak over the phone!
