Arguments • In the order they will be presented, name the arguments you will use to argue for the merits of your policy.
Causes • Present the information the audience needs to understand what the social problem is and how it came about. – What is the social problem and why is it a problem? – What are the causes of the problem ?
Policy • Explain your policy and how it will solve the social problem. If your policy requires more than one action, explain each in turn.
