SCHEDUL 2/24/18 We will begin filming. We’re going to record the POV shot and the first scene 2/25/18 We’ll continue to film and will film the kitchen scene. 3/3/18 The rest of scenes will be filmed. 3/5/18 Leandra will begin to start the editing for the film and do majority of it 3/7/18 We will peer edit and finish editing and work on reflection questions and submit everything when done

SCENE - Establishing shot of Jacqueline’s house and neighborhood - Walking into the house - Footstep sounds, door closing slowly, non-diegetic sound - Long shot of actor - Dusk outside; slightly dark outside - Light music

SCENE - A person is cooking in the kitchen - Dull lighting - Nightime/ dusk - Person cooking has headphones in their ear listening to music - Little to no music - POV shot of killer walking towards kitchen

SCENE 3 - Person cooking finally turns around to see killer - Gasps at the face of the killer - Begins conversing - Says “ i didn’t mean it”, “please don’t kill me” - A game of cat and mouse - Chef runs for knife and says back off

SCENE - After chef grabs knife they aim for the killer - Killer keeps coming even closer to chef - Cook backs away - The knife is the killers hand - Killer slashes chefs throat - Music and phone on ground. Music still plays. - Killer drops knife and leaves bloody body on ground

SCENE 5 - Killer crosses the name of the person they killed off of the hitlist - Spotlight on the list of names - Light eerie music - Background music as people scream please don’t kill me

TITLES Title of this Film : When Dusk Falls The credits of our film will be typed in a bloody dripping red font in the center of the screen Some credits will be embedded in the scene for example the editing credit will be on the hitlist

SOU ND ➤ Scene 1 : Light, nonsuspicious, upbeat music ➤ Footsteps, door closing ➤ Scene 2: Music being played by headphones in cooks ear. Footsteps of killer. ➤ Scene 3: Conversation between killer and cook. Screams saying please don’t kill me

SOUND CONTINUED ➤ Scene 4: Music continues to play in the headphones. Knife drops. ➤ Scene 5: Screams of people saying please don’t kill me. Light background music Marker gliding against paper.
