Housing Element Programs Planning & Community Development Department Implementation Plan Objectives with Due Dates in 2015 Program # 22 9 19 22 Name of Program Homeless Services Objective Amend zoning code to allow emergency shelters as by right of use in the Light Industrial SP-2 (IG), Central District (CD-6), and EPSP-D 1 -IG subject to management and operational standards permitted in state law. Work with the City's Department of Water and Power to Resource finalize written policies and programs to prioritize water Conservation and sewer service allocations.
