Human Rights Approach HRA • With HRA we just don’t cover the needs we make HR effective • With HRA children and youth are seen as entitled to rights • With HRA participation of young people is the key of success • In HRA we work with Titular of Rights (young people), Titular of Duties (governments, public institutions), Titular of Responsibilities (parents, civil society groups)
