General Info • Latest Budget Numbers Update – Department Budgets turned in on Monday – No Firm PIP FY 13 Budget Numbers – YET • Division has $$ problems for next year (Ann) • NO contingency – will be very tight • Labor – AD labor meeting on Monday – all projects and departments (PIP NEEDS NUMBERS) – Keep an eye on labor changes – impact to schedule! • RLS Info – Elmie – (Keith and Fernanda) are trying to finish update : Especially important to get labor numbers – Linac looks to be complete but we need some Booster (RF and others) numbers!!! • Shutdown – Comments (Mary)? Task Info (highlights) • RFQ - Janet Schmidt is here to install new rods (starting today) • • Cavity 7 Refurb – John will discuss Absorber work continuing – discussions regarding kickers placement on going High Power Report (J. Steimel – report this week? ) LCW – looks to be on schedule Booster Vacuum – No news - proceeding Booster Transformer – Working on generating PO – FY 12 funding Linac Transformer – Continuing to investigate – any update?

RF Cavity Refurbishment • Cavity from station 7, lessons learned: – Cones are the bottleneck component for the tuners – Re-installation of tuners longer than anticipated due to extensive re-plumbing – Gaskets must be installed automatically with the tuners – Duration using current manpower ~ 30 -35 days • Have two more tuners on the tables, one worked on now, one waiting (4 total in the shop) • TD can’t supply manpower until end of August 12/12/2021 Slabaugh
