School Calendar Our PPA school calendar is different from the Miami-Dade County District School

School Calendar Our PPA school calendar is different from the Miami-Dade County District School Calendar. It will be available on our website to reference and download. • All students in grades Kindergarten through 5 th grade will participate in Remote Live Instruction (RLI) beginning on Monday August 24 th. • Remote live instruction will continue until it is safe to welcome our students back into our building. • Please note that PPA teacher workdays differ from the M-DCPS calendar. • As in past years, we will add early release days to the schedule to allow for teacher deep planning and professional development. Note that these dates may be different from the M-DCPS calendar.

Technology Equipment Loan • Students are expected to have access to a device with a camera during Remote Live Instruction (RLI) • Students may borrow a device from the school if needed. Parents must complete the Technology Equipment Loan Agreement and submit the $50 rental fee though our online store to secure a device for loan. • Once we receive the completed form and payment, devices will be available for pickup as soon as Friday, August 21 st.

School Lunch • Drive-through breakfast and lunch pick up will be available from the

School Lunch • Drive-through breakfast and lunch pick up will be available from the school twice a week. Food will be distributed at PPA on Mondays and Thursdays between 11: 00 – 3: 00. The food is bundled for several days and will include heating cooking instructions. You can find breakfast and lunch menus on our website at www. pinecrestprepacademy. com • The School Wallet application on our website will be used to pre-order school breakfast and lunch weekly during Remote Live Instruction. • If students are eligible for Free/Reduced Lunch, parents must still login and preorder to ensure our cafeteria personnel order and prepare sufficient provisions.
