Evaluating Club Involvement q. Club meetings are energizing; I look forward to this scheduled time. q. The meeting agenda is interesting, inviting and varied. q. I always feel welcomed by the members. q. The meeting is organized and run according to plan. q. Members seem to make an effort to meet, talk with and get to know each other. q. Evaluating club marketing/image q. Our club has established a Facebook page to which we post regularly and which we actively recruit new followers to. q. Our club submits articles and notices and photos to the local media regarding our projects and outreach. q. Our club invites the local media to cover our service projects and fundraisers. q. Appoint a Public Relations/Marketing Committee to determine and carry out actions for publicizing Pilot International in the community. 2. Ensure each club meeting is listed in the local newspaper. Create a club Facebook page, recruit followers, designate member to regularly post and highlight the Pilot Club events and recognitions.
Evaluating Club Operations q. Our club has annual goals, which are discussed and shared with all members. q. Our club does a self-examination of what worked for us during the past year and what did not. q. Our Board reviews our club’s standing rules annually and determines if there any outdated or insignificant. q. Members are encouraged to attend both the annual District Convention and Pilot International Convention. q. Our club is conscious to establish and approve an annual budget that enables us to reach greater goals than the prior year. q. Our club discusses and plans for annual fundraisers that enable us to meet/exceed our goals. q. Our club encourages all members to complete an annual member satisfaction survey.
