Preparation for Spring ● NOVEMBER 2 - DECEMBER 16 (optional) ▪ Lifting: Kalinowski Performance Academy ▪ Developing a 3 -day plan to work from ▪ Team option lift Thursdays 4 -5/5 -6 • limited to 20 per session $10/each ▪ Assessments done monthly ▪ Open Gyms at Nation 9 Sports Academy ▪ Monday/Wednesday 4 -6 pm ▪ $10 per session ▪ Pre-registrations only through sign-up genius to limit #s

Tryout Dates �Varsity/JV Tryouts ▪ March 8 th-10 th ▪ PHS Field, East Gym, Nation 9 ▪ ALL 9 th graders are asked to tryout for V/JV. ▪ We must provide all 10 th-12 th graders 3 days. � Freshmen Tryouts ▪ ALL 9 th graders March 8 th then continues 8 th-11 th ▪ PHS Field, West Orange Gym ▪ We must provide 3 days of tryouts.
Physicals �Required Physicals and Forms ▪ Full Physical or Parent/Physician Recert ▪ I will not accept any documents �Family ID registration ▪ Must register here and upload physical forms �Concussion testing ▪ Must attend a PHS Concussion Seminar before tryouts �Reporting Injuries & being cleared ▪ Must be cleared by doctors before participating
Spring Schedule �Tryouts March 8 th ▪ 1 st team practice March 11 th (Varsity and JV only) ▪ First scrimmage March 13 th ▪ Team Parent meeting TBD �V/JV Participation is 6 days a week. Generally Mon-Sat ▪ We practice/play on Off-school days ▪ Commitment from March 8 th to June 19 th ▪ Other teams, sports, vacations, etc �Freshmen Team Monday to Friday, a possible Saturday
