Pedagogy Statements �I believe students are individuals with unique characteristics, interests, abilities, and needs. - Every student is different and requires different measures of care. I believe students should have an equal opportunity to learn, based on their needs, interests, and abilities. � - No matter the quarrel or obstacle, every student should have an equal opportunity.
Pedagogy Statements � I believe learning is enhanced in the classroom with hands-on material. - Giving the students the materials to work with, instead of just describing them, is hugely beneficial. � I believe students learning is enhanced when students are actively involved - “Lecture classrooms” do not work, if you do not pair it with actual hands on works.

Summation � As a teacher, I truly believe all students capable of tremendous things are � No matter the obstacle, every student has the capability of succeeding in the classroom. � No matter the obstacle, impairment, or disability, every student should be given the tools to succeed. � Being a teacher means being the fork in the road between success and failure, and although you may not be the only educator who forms this fork, you are a part of it.
