First remarks and comments (1) n n The degree of preparation of main projects according to the CF / ERDF funds is generally low. Some projects possess the status of well developed ideas but without the data background able to fully justify them, other are at an advanced level of preparation but studies were made according to other criteria than EU funded projects… Twinning BG/04/IB/TR/02/UE Kick off meeting - 2 Nov. 2006

First remarks and comments (2) n n Non existence of general studies and general medium term strategic planning such a master plan transport. This situation hampered the programming operations and its credibility, although all the project are consistent and well adapted to Bulgarian situation.
