Standard #6 Assessment The teacher understands and uses multiple methods of assessment to engage learners in their own growth, to monitor learner progress, and to guide the teacher’s and learner’s decision making. • Brief Description: • For this assignment, I looked at my completed work and noticed how much progress I’ve made. I used my previous assignments and experiences to guide me in decision making as a learner and as a future teacher. • Rationale: • To document my understanding of standard #6, Assessment: – I reference the educational philosophy worksheet we did – Reflect on discussion boards – Reflect on service learning experience
