goal My personal goal is to use social media to network and find a potential future employer.
Target audience My target audience is employers around Northeast Ohio. I am interested in a communications director position.
objective To increase interactions with potential employers, and receive a job offer from at least two companies by the time I graduate in 2021.
measurement Measurement: Receive 2 job offers by 2021. If done so, I have completed my SMART objective
strategy Share the original content I have created throughout my learning at Kent State, and share my knowledge and skills to show I could be valuable to a future employer.

tactics I would invite potential employers to my Facebook page to show I could be a potential employee and showcase my original content.
