Preparation Stage – (pre-PDR meeting) Arrange / agree date, time location – at least 3 – 4 weeks in advance Meet briefly with reviewee – explain and outline both the process and approach ……. expectations of both parties. Reviewee – reflection & self-assessment. What’s gone well, what hasn’t and why? …. . challenges? Last year’s objectives – achieved? Next 12 months – what’s the focus? How to record PDRs via ESR Supervisor Self Service • Click the ESR Icon on the desktop of your computer • If you don’t have the ESR Icon, download it from the Application Catalogue • Before logging in to ESR access the Help Guides from the menu
Select How to Record a Completed Appraisal PDR When you have the user guide open, log in to ESR. Contact IT on 1717 if you need ESR log in details.
