Bullseye! ① How close can you get? 1) Without calculating, estimate the percentage increase needed for the start number to become the target number. 2) Calculate the actual percentage change: how close were you? The player with the closest estimate gets 1 point! Start target A) 20 26 B) 50 85 C) 80 92 D) 60 87 E) 40 74 F) 150 171 G) 160 216 H) 120 192 I) 125 170 J) 300 468
Bullseye! ② How close can you get? 1) Without calculating, estimate the percentage decrease needed for the start number to become the target number. 2) Calculate the actual percentage change: how close were you? The player with the closest estimate gets 1 point! Start target A) 80 64 B) 60 12 C) 50 15 D) 40 34 E) 90 54 F) 120 48 G) 160 88 H) 140 98 I) 150 108 J) 125 20
