People Planning: Timekeeping Using Basic Scheduling Schedules Widget Overview 1 The main screen used in scheduling is the Schedules Widget. There are many ways to get to the Schedules Widget. One way is to select the people whose schedules you wish to view and click the Go To dropdown menu before selecting Schedules. 4 To toggle between Tabular and Gantt views, use the View toggle icon. Their schedule should indicate the applicable days and total hours/day worked, but precise start and end times are not required. 3 In the Repeat this shift for ___ days field, enter the number of days this shift will repeat in the schedule. 4 Click Apply. Cannot be earlier than the start of the current schedule period Override Other Patterns Click if you want to override any existing patterns. A D Start Date B Change this date if Required. It cannot be earlier than the start date of the current schedule period. Define Pattern For Enter how many weeks or days this pattern repeats. E C Forever / End Date Select one option. If End Date is selected, enter the end date of the pattern. Weeks or Days Select the time period of the pattern’s recurrence. 3 Click the drop-down arrow for Pattern Template and select the desired template. 4 Click Apply. Click Ok. F

Click Ok. 3 Click Yes. Click Ok.
