Fix reagent lyses the RBC, stabilizes the WBC in their native forms and stains the cells with a specific coloration, the Eosinophils are colored most intensely. • After 12 seconds reaction the solution is stabilized with Diluent and is then transferred to the flowcell for analysis.
General Characteristics of P 60 C+ User Interface Ø Pilots all the analysers’ cycles: analysis, regulation, maintenance and grinding cycles. Ø Calculates a result from the analyser measurements, pathology generation. Ø Follow-up system of the analyser reagent quantities. Ø Full view of result in colour Ø Management of a work list to predetermine analysis to be carried out.
General Characteristics of P 60 C+ User Interface Ø Stat analysis function. Ø Management of a barcode reader to identify samples. Ø Stocking of results, with consultation and research carried out by identification Ø Validation and re-run of the sample on request of the user. Ø Maintenance and regulation functions of analyser. Ø Parameters allowing the user to adapt the ASP 01 to its needs. Ø Managment of papers ensuring tracability of sensitive actions.
