Peer driven Portfolio Review and the Educational Achievement spec
Our question • Can the Educational Achievement spec support peer-driven portfolio review for the ongoing assessment of clinicians, clinician educators, etc?
In some cases • Can we track deliberate clinical practice? – Probably Not – Would require clinical log spec • Can we track review of other work (ie work to change an educational program, etc). – I think so – The spec is designed to communicate the end result, not the individual judgments. You still need a system to bring together those individual judgments and roll them up into a single judgment.
