Camp 5210 Recommended Criteria u Patient (child) has Type 2 Diabetes u At risk for Type 2 Diabetes (is overweight with a BMI>85 th% and has one of the following): u elevated glucose u elevated insulin level u elevated hemoglobin A 1 C u Signs of insulin resistance u First degree relative with Type 2 Diabetes u A parent (guardian) must attend, siblings 7 years and older welcome
