Sidewalk Repair Program • The City of Portland is committed to providing safe sidewalks for all • PBOT Sidewalk Repair Program staff are responsible for: • Investigating possible sidewalk hazards • Directing City contractors to make sidewalk repairs (if necessary) • Processing and investigating remonstrances • If sidewalk repairs are completed by a City contractor, any work done is guaranteed for 3 years • Financing options available through the City Revenue Liens Section Portlandoregon. gov/transportation 2
