PAYONEER PROCESS STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: You will receive an email from Syntek Global with your Personal Payoneer link. CLICK on the LINK If you cannot click on the link the copy and paste it in as a URL

STEP 2: CLICK ON “Get your prepaid Master. Card Now!”

STEP 3: Click “Start Here”

STEP 4: Fill out your information in “Start Here”

STEP 5: Fill out your information in “Step II”

STEP 6: Fill out your information in “Step III”

STEP 7: Check boxes to agree to: Electronic Disclosures Card Use Fees Terms and Conditions Then Click

CONFIRMATION After you have clicked this confirmation screen will appear.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL You will also receive an email confirming your Debit Master. Card order.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL An email notification will be sent to you by Payoneer once your Payoneer Debit Master. Card has been approved. This email will also inform you of when your estimate card arrival dates will be.

ACTIVATE YOUR DEBIT MASTERCARD STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Activate your Debit Master. Card Follow the instructions you received with your Debit Master. Card. There are two ways to activate your card: 1. Online at www. payoneer. com A. Click on 'My Account' B. Enter Your User Name and Password (set when you applied for the card) to login C. Click on 'Activate your card' D. Select your 4 digit PIN number and submit E. You will receive an email confirmation for activation 2. By phone at Int'l +1 646 658 3695 or US +1 800 781 8109

LOG IN to you ACCOUNT If you are having trouble accessing your Account or need your account number and password please contact Payoneer Customer Service. 1 646 658 3695 x 2 (9: 00 am 6: 00 pm EST Sun Fri)

Step 1: After you have login click the link highlighted below.

Step 2: Fill out the requested information and Click the “Activate” green button.

Step 3: After you click “Activate” this confirmation screen will appear, stating your card has been activated successfully.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL You will also receive a confirmation ema from Payoneer verifying your Payoneer debit Master. Card has now been activated

Step 4: CLICK “You have 1 new messages”

Step 5: Click the highlighted message

Step 6: The message will verify your account has been activated successfully.
