• User notes: – This template shall be followed as closely as possible. – Deviations from this template will make it hard to assess your flight readiness. Without an understanding of your level of flight readiness, your chances of being awarded a primary position will be decreased.

• Mission Overview – Briefly remind everyone what your mission is.

• Functional Block Diagrams - A Functional block diagram of the entire system should be presented here. - By now, your payload should have excellent block diagrams after CDR completion. - Yes… again… I know.

• Subsystem Overview - What subsystems do you have? : - Power (EPS) Software Command Data Handling (C&DH) Structures Electrical Science …

• Interfaces - Did everything fit together as planned? - What issues (if any) did you run into? - How will issues be resolved?

• Pictures - Show lots of pictures of your subsystems fully integrated together - You can never have too many pictures!

• Test Description - Describe the tests that were conducted… - Were all sensors/science experiments poled? How long were the tests run? Why were these tests run? What requirements were verified?

• Test Results - Did everything work as planned? - Did all electronics communicate? - Did the software work with all subsystems? - Did the sensors return reasonable data? - Will the sensors need calibration? - Most importantly, just summarize your findings - What needs to change before flight? - Action items…

• Conclusions – Issues and concerns – Closing remarks

• Canister Integration Plan – One slide for all payloads outlining the plan to ensure that integration of the N payloads will go smoothly.

• Appendix – Additional data not immediately relevant to the presentation
