Paul Sees Jesus Acts 9: 1 -19 In today’s lesson we learn about a man who changed. He became the complete opposite to what he had been like. Here is our first song. This is might be a new one to some people. After singing say a prayer thanking God for his goodness and asking him that he will help us live for him.

A new friend (Ask your wee on to match the picture to the words that you read) In a dream Jesus told a man called Ananias he had to meet Saul and help him. He was sacred because he had heard that Saul was nasty to Christians like him.
A new friend (Ask your wee on to match the picture to the words that you read) Ananias met Saul and put his hands on Saul’s eyes. Saul could see!
A new friend (Ask your wee on to match the picture to the words that you read) Saul had changed from someone who hated Jesus to someone who loved Jesus. Saul was then baptised. This showed that he had become a follower of Jesus.
A new friend (Ask your wee on to match the picture to the words that you read) Saul became a friend of Jesus and told everyone he met all about him! Soon afterwards Saul started to be known as Paul.
Paul Sees Jesus If you are a friend of Jesus then it is important that you get to know him as well as you can. The best way is to read your Bible. Ask an adult to help you. There is an old song called ‘Read Your Bible Pray Every Day’. There actions to go with the words.
Paul Sees Jesus Our last song by Rend Collective reminds us of God helping his people. One of the lines says “My God’s the king of me”. My prayer for all our children at Central is that this would be true. God Bless, Colin
