Pattadar Pass Book (PPB)

To view and process the PPB requests, click on Meeseva Requests PPB Dashboard

PPB Dashboard Click on the Button against “From Mee. Seva” option to view the PPB requests received.

BUTTONS View Any Mutations Pending Facilitates to view the details of any other survey / sub-division number is pending for mutation. View Pahani Facilitates to view the PAHANI details of 1 – 15 columns. View ROR Facilitates to view the ROR details. Appl. Save Facilitates to SAVE the Address, క ల , PPB No details, VRO, RI and Appl. Print PPB Holder Details PPB Land Details Tahsildar remarks. Facilitates to print the Applicant details along with the photo for Field verification. Shows the 1 st Page of the PPB Shows the 2 nd & 3 rd Pages of the PPB

Select record(s) to be processed from the List with a mouse click in the Check Box provided against each row.

Click on VIEW PAHANI button to view the PAHANI details of 1 – 15 columns. Click on ROR button to view the ROR details.

Click on the APPL. PRINT button to print the Applicant details along with the photo for Field verification.

After completion of VRO and RI Field verification, • Scan VRO Remarks & RI Remarks (Field Verification details). • Upload the scanned documents using BROWSE option. • Click on Appl. SAVE button to save the details. • After saving the details click on ACCEPT button to approve the PPB request. • If found the PPB requested details are wrong in field verification, click on REJECT button to reject the PPB request.

Click on ACCEPT button, the screen will prompt to enter the PASSWORD of the Digital signature token of the concerned Tahsildar as shown in the given below image. Enter PASSWORD.

DIGITAL CERTIFICATE WINDOW Select the Digital Certificate and click on OK for digital signing of the PPB request.

After successful digital signing of the PPB request, shows an alert message as “SIGNING OVER”. Click on OK.

Upon successful digital signing of the PPB request being approved , the system will approve the generation of E-Passbook and each approved passbook will be assigned a 15 digit random number as displayed in alert message shown above and status on Meeseva portal will be updated.

Click on PPB Holder Details button to View the 1 st page details of the PPB

Click on PPB Land Details button to View the 2 nd & 3 rd page details of the PPB
