Welcome and Introductions!
Virtual Community Feasibility • Timeline considerations – Possible within our required timeframe! – Must be functional no later that September 2016 – Acknowledge we could coordinate with leverage during in-person event • Budget considerations – Possible within our grant budget – Dollars must be spread across administrative costs, in-person event, and virtual community (website project) • Grant requirements – Given use of federal dollars, must be in compliance with Section 508 standards for website use by people with physical, sensory, or cognitive disabilities – Need to incorporate standards in all design and development 3

Utilizing and Building upon “Include Always” MHA and MAPS have discussed that MAPS’s virtual community and inperson event could benefit from adopting and building upon the “Include Always” work, slogan, and logo – Advances and accelerates the work across all care settings – Gives patients a familiar sense of engagement across settings – Provides an important identity building block for MAPS’s work 12
Discussion • Extending and building upon Include Always • Will be soliciting via email: – Ideas for major “MN Guidebook” topic areas – Case Studies – The start of national “Resources” listing 13
