Pathways high fidelity agency Who We Serve • • Serve over 1, 400 individuals in Virginia - established in 1980. Single adults with serious mental illnesses and are atrisk of homelessness or were previously homeless How We Do It • • • We provide safe, stable and affordable housing with supportive services to those marginalized by poverty and inequity. Pathway Homes owns, leases and manages nearly 500 properties in Northern Virginia. For over 40 years, we have enabled tens of thousands of people in Northern Virginia with serious mental illnesses to get housing and supportive services to help them recover their lives. Our Impact • • • 95% remain in affordable and stable housing 95% remain out of psychiatric hospital beds 100% have access to primary healthcare and documented reduction in emergency room services It costs $35 per day for Pathway Homes housing and supportive services. It costs $850 -$1, 100 per day for emergency room services. It costs $2, 000 -$4, 000 per 2 day for psychiatric

How we can partner • • Sponsor Pathways signature Breakfast in October. Senator Kaine will be in attendance to accept the Spirit of Hope Award. Recently launched a partnership with Fannie Mae during their June Impact Month. They are funding supplies/volunteers for a community garden at 2 our properties. We will need volunteers to donate plants and help plant/maintain gardens. 4
