Outcomes QUESTIONS FOR THE GAME Each partner will have to produce questions belonging to the areas singled out in the framework of the “quiz contest”. Who When ALL THE PARTNERS January 2009 GIUNTI January 2009 CHALLENGERS DATABASE It will allow to define the players teams for the national tournaments and for the transnational one of the online learning game on the base of a matching random system. GAME MANUAL It summarizes the research activities of the learning environment allowing to define the game structure and rules. It will contain also a schedule of the challenge-events of the online learning game and the details about the behaviour of the users. The manual will be in English and in the other languages of the participating countries and will be indispensable to start the experimentation because it explains how the games work.

Outcomes Who When All the Partners and the Coordinator JUNE 2009 All the Partners For the national conferences The Coordinator + all the Partners During the experimentation NATIONAL REPORTS AND SINTHESYS REPORT ON THE EXPERIMENTATION The national reports will be the final document describing the results of the experimentation. The final synthesis report will be the final document summarizing the project results and analyzing weaknesses and strengths. PROJECT BROCHURE Diffusion instrument that will be created together by all the partners. This will be distributed during the project events and will allow the diffusion of project objectives and activities. A common layout will be arranged to be translated in the partnership national languages. VIDEOSPOT The Video-SPOT will be a diffusion instrument built by all partners. It will reach the individual involving him/her in the work. It will be published on the project’s website and broadcasted on local and/or national television in each participating country.

The DISSEMINATION ACTIVITIES Principles ü Promoting the methods and the innovative instruments in order to transfer the project results ü Increase the project visibility and so guarantee a major diffusion of the principles and the objectives it is based on ü Diffusing the efficiency of the realization processes ü Give information on the intermediate and long term results and the impact of the project activities, even when the project is completed ü Introduce the activities each partner carries out during the entire project implementation, implementing it both with regard to the intermediate results, and the final ones. ü Emphasise the results achieved with the work implemented by each project partner ü Give and diffuse good practices examples in the covered field ü Reach the better results as possible

For this purpose, in the partner countries the members of the Local Broadcasting Network (for the national dissemination) and of the Dissemination Team (for a more wide-ranging dissemination) have been singled out, and are involved in the project dissemination. Moreover Involvement of parents, voluntary, school, religious associations, of local institutions, of the organizations working in this field… This is a fundamental factor in order to create the conditions to increment activities visibility and so a wider diffusion of the project principles and objectives. A constant and capillary diffusion, as regards beneficiaries and potential users of the project, of the partial and final results, in the national language, in addition to English, with the channels foreseen by the project (…Website, Newsletter, Video. DISSEMINATION Dissemination actions are transversal to the entire project The Dissemination Team (DT) has to: Guarantee diffusion and transferability of the results to other beneficiary groups and geographic areas. Monitor the objectives and the steps of dissemination. Gather the contents produced by the partners, the preparation and distribution of the informative material. Arrange the dissemination meetings. Purpose: to allow that the dissemination activities are immediately usable and promote the on-going results. Moreover dissemination has to accompany the experimentation activities of the intermediate results and has the purpose of comparing the results with the users expectations, so to allow improvements and corrections e One task is to encourage the DT members to promote the involvement in the Forum activities

Main dissemination arrangements and systems for the spreading of information and of the project outcomes in PATCH-WORLd are: TO DISSEMINATE ACTIVITIES AND RESULTS AND TO ADDRESS THE STAKEHOLDERS ON THE TOPIC What How When Project Website Links to the website of Patch-World in the websites of the project partner organizations and in the websites of organizations that work in the field. Continuously updated On-line Newsletter and via message as an mp 3 file They contain description about intermediate, final results and employed methodologies and also general communications, comments and information. Each partner provides the contents, that are reviewed by the coordinator. After the main phases of the project accomplishment They can be a very good instrument of internal communication and updating among the partners and an effective external communication for the promotion and diffusion of project results. During all the project National conferences These will be held in project partner countries and will be open to the public. In national conferences the foreseen dissemination activities are addressed to a more general diffusion, also to the wider public. June/July 2009 The participants will be: project partners managers, experimenters, stakeholders and people interested in the project activities. The purpose is: To spread the results and reward the winners of the national competitions of the learning community game with a prize in all the countries involved

Each partner will spread promotional materials in its own original language and in English with information about activities and results achieved, especially those concerning the experimentation phase. All partners contribute to the valorisation and dissemination processes making the material easier to access and to obtain for the target group across the Europe, with the purpose of making usable the dissemination activities and the promotion of the on-going results. NEXT MEETING – Malta (Apr/May 2009) FINAL CONFERENCE – Turkey (October 2009) A great transnational participation is foreseen, in order to show the reached results, the project outputs, and the transferability criteria to other fields. The participants will be at least two representatives of each project partner, stakeholders and persons interested in the project activities. It is foreseen a prize ceremony of the winners of the transnational tournament.
