End-User Orders/Receipts ¡Order Processing will follow a “Typical” 3 PL process flow. ¡ 3 PL required the use of the EDI 850 over 940, and 856 over 945 transactions. ¡Chose to create “Shippers” in Pre-Shipper/Shipper Workbench allowing for future EDI business growth. • Shippers will allow for 856 ASN exports to customer who require Ship Notifications via EDI. ¡ 3 PL will invoice Excel for carrier and service fees on a per -shipment basis using an EDI 810 document. © 2015 Rocket Software, Inc. EDI to QXtend Workflow ¡ 3 PL sends EDI Transaction not supported by e. Commerce. ¡Rocket TRUedx receives EDI document and transforms the EDI message to the required QXtend document format. ¡Excel picks up the file, transforms to a QDoc and submits to QXtend Broker. ¡Optionally, TRUedx could create the QDoc from EDI data and directly submit to the QXtend Broker.
