Please make sure you order these in advance If you are building your own booth: • Before producing it, please send us the visuals for approval. • No rigging overhead signage is allowed. • No rigging of truss, lighting or sound system is allowed • Maximum booth height should not exceed 4, 5 meters If you are bringing equipment: • • • Have a representative present during unloading to supervise spotting. Machinery should have proper lifting bars, points, hooks or skids which may be moved by forklift with no other special handling needed. Have the area within the booth clearly marked to indicate the position for the equipment. There must be no rigging, bolting/unbolting, unskidding or attaching to other equipment required. 7
